En 2021 es: \u00abMe comprometo a dejar el tabaco\u00bb.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.doctoragibert.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/sostituirlo-no-es-dejarlo-1.gif\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-16511 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.doctoragibert.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/sostituirlo-no-es-dejarlo-1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"311\" height=\"303\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La campa\u00f1a de este a\u00f1o se desarrolla en torno a la pandemia de la COVID-19, pues los fumadores son un grupo de m\u00e1s riesgo de enfermedad severa y muerte.<br \/>\nParece que, poco a poco, empezamos a dejar la pandemia atr\u00e1s y aunque no nos podemos relajar, ni much\u00edsimo menos, ya toca recuperar otros aspectos que hay que cuidar si queremos disfrutar de cantidad y calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ya sab\u00e9is que uno de mis temas preferidos es el c\u00e1ncer y su prevenci\u00f3n. Y dejar de fumar es una parte muy importante porque\u00a0<strong>EL TABACO ES LA PRINCIPAL CAUSA DE C\u00c1NCER Y DE MUERTE POR C\u00c1NCER.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntos c\u00e1nceres hay relacionados con el tabaco?<\/strong>\u00a0Los de boca, garganta, es\u00f3fago, est\u00f3mago, colorrectal, h\u00edgado, p\u00e1ncreas, laringe, pulmones, ri\u00f1ones, vejiga, cuello uterino, mucinoso de ovario y la leucemia miel\u00f3gena aguda.<\/p>\n<p>Al dejar de fumar el riesgo de padecer un c\u00e1ncer ligado a su uso va bajando paulatinamente, as\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dentro de los 5 a 10 a\u00f1os de haber dejado de fumar, la probabilidad de presentar c\u00e1ncer de boca y v\u00edas respiratorias altas se reduce a la mitad y a los 20 a\u00f1os el riesgo casi se iguala con una persona no fumadora.<\/li>\n<li>A los 10 a\u00f1os, bajan los riesgos de c\u00e1ncer de ri\u00f1\u00f3n, vejiga y es\u00f3fago.<\/li>\n<li>A los 10-15 a\u00f1os, el riesgo de c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n disminuye a la mitad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, esperamos volverte a ver por la consulta y que nos cuentes lo bien que te encuentras desde que no fumas.<br \/>\nY tambi\u00e9n te animamos a que firmes en la p\u00e1gina de la OMS:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/teams\/health-promotion\/tobacco-control\/i-pledge-to-quit-tobacco\">\u00abMe comprometo a dejar el tabaco.\u00bb<\/a>, \u00a1hazlo saber!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud propone cada a\u00f1o un lema distinto.
